- Dallas and Donna Keen are currently racing at The Fair Grounds in New Orleans. We welcome new owners to the business and offer help with purchasing prospects or claiming horses that are already racing. We also have a farm in Burleson, Texas where we raise, break and train thoroughbreds. In addition to training we offer mare care and foaling facilities.
